- Free cancellation 24 hours before the date of arrival for short stays and 7 days prior to the date of arrival for long stay or monthly stays.
- Failing which, a penalty equivalent to one night rental charge will be applicable for short stays.

Child Policy
- Maximum of one child below 12 years per apartment will be accommodated complimentarily with existing bedding. Children aged 12 years and above are considered as adults.
Check In & Check Out Times
- Check-in time is at 14:00 hours. If a guaranteed early check-in is required, one additional night rental is applicable. Otherwise, it is subject to availability.
- Check-out time is at 12:00 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability. A half-day surcharge is applicable for late check-out up to 18:00 hours and a full-day surcharge is applicable for late check-out beyond 18:00 hours.
Additional Bedding
- Baby Cot – Provided complimentary upon request and subject to availability.
- Extra Bed – Provided on request at the cost of OMR 15 NETT per night with breakfast , subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
- No-show will result in a one-night rental charge for daily rates.
